Main Reasons Why You are Tired

WebMD has identified 14 reasons why we get so tired.  We will be posting those reasons in the next few days.  Some are easily corrected; some asre not.  All are important, especially if you are on the road all the time.

#1 Reason:    NOT ENOUGH SLEEP.  Pretty obvious but too many people do nothing to correct the problem.  Priority:  a regular schedule -- as best you can keep one.  Keep distractions away:  cell phones, televisions and other noise-making devices.  You need 7-8 hours a night.  If you can't always do that, get as close as you can.   If you try on your own to get your sleep and still can't, see a doctor,  you may have a sleep disorder which needs medical attention.
